Case Studies

The work, and what changed because of it

Named clients, real constraints, and the numbers before and after. Each study walks through the problem as we found it, how we broke it down, and what we shipped.

From clipboard to platform: 1,000 audit reports a week

1,000+audit reports per week

Texas SoluTech's field engineers produced electrical safety audits on paper β€” 2 to 5 days per report. We built a mobile-to-cloud audit platform that now carries over 1,000 reports a week across eight audit types.

How we write these

Named clients, checkable numbers

Most agency case studies are unfalsifiable β€” an unnamed β€œTier-1 bank”, a percentage with no baseline, no way to check any of it. We would rather publish fewer studies and have every one of them stand up.

The client is named

Every study says who the work was for, with a link to them. An anonymous case study asks you to take the numbers on trust; a named one can be checked by picking up the phone.

The before is stated too

A percentage means nothing without a baseline. Each result is written as a pair β€” what the process cost before, and what it costs now β€” so you can judge the size of the change yourself.

The constraints are included

Legacy systems that could not be replaced, connectivity that could not be relied on, regulations that shaped the architecture. Work that sounds frictionless is work that has been sanded down.

What you will find inside

Problem, breakdown, build, result

Every study follows the same shape, because that is the order the work actually happened in β€” and because it lets you skip to the part you care about.

The problem
How the process actually ran before we touched it, written as specific findings rather than a general complaint β€” what broke, how often, and what it cost the business.
The build
The architecture and the reasoning behind it: which pieces were bought, which were built, and which constraints drove the decisions that look unusual from outside.
The results
Before-and-after figures across every metric the engagement moved, including the ones that changed less than we hoped.
The stack
The technology each layer runs on, so you can judge whether the approach transfers to your own environment.
